Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will help you change or replace the items you wish to modify.

Cancellation of an order is possible only before the order has been shipped. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged for approved cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within several business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time
  3. Contact your bank, since refunds often require additional processing time

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
